Founded in 2025, Reach Foundation is a nationally focused nonprofit based in Northern California, dedicated to helping young people rise above their circumstances and achieve excellence. With a deep belief in the potential of every youth, we work to open doors to opportunity, education, and personal growth- no matter their background or zip code.

 

Through strong partnerships with local agencies, community leaders and funders, Reach Foundation creates impactful programs and support systems that empower youth to thrive. Our mission is simple but powerful: academic support, mentorship, and community building for the next generation.
